Position Description and Requirements
Provides mechanical technical support to Maintenance and Operations including providing practical solutions to repetitive maintenance problems. Provides a maintenance leadership role in managing the Mechanical Integrity initiative within PSM. Future leadership role in managing the Tank Integrity system throughout the mill. Develop preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and lubrication maintenance best practice procedures to insure equipment availability. Provide a leadership role in reliability efforts including RCM and FMEA analysis initiatives.
Qualifications:
BS degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering with 1-10 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment; pulp and paper experience preferred. Co-op/intern experience may be considered in calculating work experience. Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail and follow up skills. Demonstrated skills in setting priorities and delegating, analytical problem solving, and facilitating in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Must be able to function and contribute within a team environment. Computer skills required.
This individual can be right out of school all the way to some one with 10 years of experience.
