Mark Stickle

Mark Stickle, founded Stickle & Associates in December of 1992. A graduate of Guilford College with degrees in Political Science and History, Mr. Stickle joined Nationwide Personnel Service as a recruiter in early 1980 after working in the Steel industry as a Manufacturers Representative. In 1985, he became the Managing Partner of Nationwide Personnel, a staffing and recruiting firm that specialized in the Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Mining and Manufacturing industries. During this period he was top producer in this firm and led the company to record profits and sales.

Mr. Stickle’s focus was both in contingency and retained search. He had extensive experience in staffing and recruiting for a variety of industries while concentrating on searches in the Technical, Engineering, Operations and Maintenance fields. Mr. Stickle was a Member of TAPPI and spoke to industry regarding issues that affect long term employee retention and staffing trends.

Harrison Stickle joined Stickle & Associates in June of 2006. A graduate of Appalachian State University with double major in Finance and Risk & Insurance, Harrison spent 2 years in the financial services industry where he consistently reached or exceeded firm goals.

With Stickle & Associates, Harrison will provide recruiting and staffing services to key clients in the pulp & paper, chemical, petro-chemical, and building products industries. Harrison meets with hiring managers and key personnel to better understand their organizational business strategy and growth. This allows him to better identify the right candidates for their needs

Additionally, Harrison is responsible for developing and managing Stickle & Associates financial services division. Harrison has worked with our candidates in addressing issues regarding the transfer and rollover of their 401k, pension, or retirement programs. Harrison also provides insurance services to help bridge the gap between employers and to address any additional financial needs.

Robert Stickle joined Stickle & Associates in September of 2005. Prior to joining Stickle & Associates, Robert attended Western Carolina University and worked for Chevrolet for two years as a Sales Representative.

His areas of expertise have been in the staffing and recruiting of Technical, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering professionals for the Pulp & Paper and Building Products industries. He has been able to consistently meet the demands and staffing schedules of his clients while being able to provide one-on-one attention to his candidates.

Robert works diligently, advocating both the interests of the candidate and the client to ensure that the interview process and transition to new employer/employee relationship goes smoothly and in a timely fashion.

Chad Wheeler joined Stickle & Associates in 2014.  A graduate of Appalachian State University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology.  Chad started his career as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare.  After Maxim Healthcare, Chad joined Orion International in 2007 as part of a small team to startup a Healthcare Division that would focus on recruiting Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Assistants and Physicians.   In 2008, Chad left Orion to work for Advanced Home Care as a Sr. Sales Associate over the Raleigh/Durham Region.  In 2010, Chad was recruited to become the Sales and Marketing Manager for Wakefield Medical and Sleep Diagnostics.  Chad joined Stickle & Associates in 2014 as a Sr. Recruiter.

At Stickle & Associates, Chad combines his past career experience to be an extremely successful Recruiter in the Pulp, Paper, Petro and Chemical Industries.  Chad is excellent at understanding the needs and goals of his clients.  He also has a special niche for uncovering great talent.  Chad is an absolute professional with a main goal of always providing a WIN – WIN for his Client and Candidate.

Additionally, when Chad is not dedicating his time to his career, he enjoys spending it with his Wife and Daughter.  Chad also has interest that include spending time with friends, golfing and hunting.
